HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points)
The HACCP system provides methods for producing foodstuffs in accordance with the highest food safety standards. In other words, it enables analysis of critical points that must be paid particular attention. HACCP includes inspection of the entire production process for possible food safety hazards. These hazards are identified so that the associated risks can be managed.
